Engineering Precision, Driving Pharmaceutical Reliability.

To deliver high-performance, precision-engineered gravure rollers that minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency for pharmaceutical manufacturers worldwide.

Our story

Company Story & Origins

Founded in 2006, the company is now proudly under 2nd-generation leadership.

Originally started as a raw material manufacturer producing blank cylinders without engraving, decades of dedication, continuous learning, and rigorous trials transformed us into masters of engraving technology.

Today, we stand as a trusted partner to pharmaceutical manufacturers globally. While our manufacturing legacy runs deep, we are now building our digital portfolio to connect more directly with clients.

Milestones

Over the years, we have achieved significant advancements in manufacturing processes, including:

  • Enhanced material quality
  • Extended roller lifespan
  • Upgraded facility machinery
  • Expanded product lines
  • Strict quality benchmarking

Philosophy

Core Values & Manufacturing Philosophy

Uncompromising Precision

Commitment to strict tolerances and rigorous quality control checks at every stage of production.

Material Integrity

Sourcing and utilizing high-grade, durable materials built to withstand intensive, high-speed industrial environments.

Reliability & Partnership

Viewing clients as long-term collaborators rather than transactional buyers, ensuring dependable lead times and responsive support.

Infrastructure

Technical Capabilities & Infrastructure

  • 01

Advanced machining and manufacturing equipment meeting top-tier pharmaceutical industry standards for engraving and metallurgy.

  • 02

Customization capabilities allowing fabrication based on custom technical drawings or specific machine models.

  • 03

Comprehensive quality assurance protocols including inspections, stress testing, and surface finish validations.

Manufacturing

The full production sequence

Eight stages. Each one has something it controls and something it records.

  1. 01Drawing
  2. 02Machining
  3. 03Surface preparation
  4. 04Engraving
  5. 05Finishing
  6. 06Inspection
  1. 01

    Requirement review

We work from your machine make and model, the roller type from the range, the capsule size or punch drawing, and the mark to be printed. Where information is missing we tell you specifically what is needed rather than assuming a value.

    Controls
Requirement recorded against a job number.
  2. 02

    Drawing / sample verification

Outer diameter, thickness, inner diameter and keyway are verified against the supplied drawing or the physical sample. Discrepancies are raised with you and resolved in writing before manufacture.

    Controls
Dimensional review recorded before release to production.
  3. 03

    Material preparation

Material is selected against the agreed specification and prepared for turning.

    Controls
Material identity recorded against the job number.
  4. 04

    Machining

The roller is turned and ground to the outer diameter and thickness, and the 25.4 mm inner diameter and keyway are prepared to the agreed drawing so the part seats and drives correctly in your machine.

    Controls
    Dimensional check against drawing.
  5. 05

    Surface preparation

Surface preparation and any plating or treatment is carried out as specified for the job.

  6. 06

    Engraving

The mark is engraved from the approved artwork. Nothing is engraved before artwork sign-off, so a revision cannot be quietly cut onto an existing roller.

    Controls
    Engraving checked against approved artwork.
  7. 07

    Inspection

Each finished roller is inspected against the agreed drawing and specification before release.

    Controls
Inspection record retained against the job number.
  8. 08

    Packing & dispatch

The roller is packed to protect the engraved face, identified against the job number and dispatched with the agreed documentation.

    Controls
Dispatch documentation confirmed against the order.

Quality

Preparation, in-process, final, release

Comprehensive quality assurance protocols including inspections, stress testing, and surface finish validations.

Incoming / preparation

Material identity and drawing verification recorded before machining begins.

In-process checks

Dimensional checks during machining and an artwork check before engraving is cut.

Final inspection

The finished roller measured against the agreed drawing and specification.

Release

Release against the job number, with the agreed documentation issued with the part.
