Questions buyers actually ask
Which roller do I need?
Single Colour for one colour, Double Colour for cap and body marks, Dual Track for two product tracks, and the 25" or 32" Machine Roller for those machine formats. Send your machine make and model if you are unsure.
What inner diameter do your rollers have?
25.4 mm (1 inch) across the whole range. The machine rollers additionally carry a 6.35 × 4 mm keyway.
Can you manufacture from an existing roller?
Yes. Send the existing component, or photographs and measurements of it, and we will confirm what further information is needed to quote.
Can you manufacture from a drawing?
Yes. We work from your drawing and raise any discrepancies before manufacture begins.
What machine information do you need?
Machine make and model, the roller's mounting interface, the product geometry (capsule size or punch drawing), and the mark to be printed.
What file types can I send?
PDF, DWG or DXF, JPG or PNG photographs, and spreadsheet specifications. If you only have a photograph of the current part, send that.
